Key Responsibilities

• Operate stacker machinery to move, stack, or organize materials such as pallets, boxes, or products in warehouses, factories, or construction sites.
• Perform routine maintenance including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on stacker equipment to prevent breakdowns 
• Adjust equipment settings such as feed, speed, and power input/output to maintain optimal performance 
• Monitor production processes and perform quality control checks to ensure materials meet specifications 
• Set up and tear down stackers according to production schedules and work orders.
• Record operational data including production counts, equipment status, and maintenance logs 
• Follow safety protocols rigorously, including wearing protective equipment and adhering to company and regulatory safety standards 
• Train and mentor junior operators in proper stacker operation and safety practices (for senior or lead roles)
