Job Description

We are looking for disciplined, professional, and physically fit Security Guards to join our Property Management team in Hyderabad. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residential and commercial properties, monitoring access, assisting residents and visitors, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Maintain visitor records and security registers.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
• Coordinate with the property management team during emergencies.
• Ensure adherence to society security protocols and SOPs.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents and visitors.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Intermediate).
• Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Minimum Height: 5 feet 5 inches (165 cm).
• Age: 21–40 years (preferred).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Experience in residential or commercial security is an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures.
• Physically fit with a well-groomed appearance.
• Alert, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights.
