Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct eKYC verification for Delhi Jal Board water meter connections by visiting customer locations.
• Verify customer identity and validate required documents in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
• Accurately capture and upload eKYC details using the designated mobile application or system.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports and progress updates to the reporting supervisor.
• Address customer queries professionally and provide clear guidance regarding the eKYC process.
• Safeguard customer information and maintain confidentiality throughout the verification process.
• Travel within the assigned field area to complete verification activities efficiently.
