  • Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules with other systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components to improve performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
