Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced EPM Team Lead with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end EPBCS implementation and support projects, provide technical and functional leadership, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, finance processes, and team leadership.across transportation and logistics processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle EPBCS solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership in application design, configuration, business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports.
  • Oversee data integration with ERP, General Ledger, and other enterprise applications using Oracle EPM integration tools.
  • Review solution architecture, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive process improvements.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, resource planning, and quality throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare project documentation, conduct end-user training, and provide ongoing production support.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with strong expertise in Oracle EPBCS.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementation and support projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Workforce, Capital, and Financial Planning modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting, Smart View, Data Integration, EPM Automate, and reporting.
  • Good understanding of FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting processes.
  • Experience integrating Oracle EPBCS with Oracle ERP Cloud and other enterprise systems.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
