About Job Role : Operate automated production machines as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Load and unload raw materials, solar cells, and panel components. Monitor machine parameters and production output. Perform basic machine setup and adjustments.

 Eligibility & Salary (Monthly CTC)

•  Diploma / B.Sc – ₹18,500
•  ITI / BA / B.Com – ₹17,030
•  HSC (12th Pass) – ₹16,130

 Duty Hours & Shifts

•  Shift Allocation: Decided completely by the management
   

Key Responsibilities

• Operate automated production machines in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Load and unload raw materials, solar cells, and panel components.
• Monitor machine parameters and production output to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine quality checks and report any defects or abnormalities.
• Maintain production records and follow process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
