• Job Opening – Field Officer (Microfinance)

  ₹11,500 – ₹18,000 per month

  Key Responsibilities

  1. Joint Liability Group (JLG) & Center Formation

• Form new Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and establish new centers every month in line with the organization's business targets.

• 2. Client Acquisition

• Identify, mobilize, and onboard eligible borrowers while achieving monthly acquisition goals.

• 3. Loan Processing & Disbursement

• Complete customer verification, documentation, and loan processing to ensure timely disbursement of approved loans.

• 4. Collection & Repayment

• Maintain high collection efficiency by ensuring timely recovery of loan installments from borrowers.

• 5. Center Meetings

• Conduct regular morning center meetings for installment collection and ensure the collected cash is deposited safely at the branch on the same day.

• 6. KYC & Documentation

• Verify customer identity, address, household income, and other required documents in compliance with company policies.

• 7. Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with customers, encourage repeat borrowing from eligible clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• 8. Financial Literacy

• Educate borrowers on responsible fund utilization, timely loan repayment, financial discipline, and the benefits of digital and banking services.

• 9. Compliance & Policy Adherence

• Follow all company policies, ethical collection practices, regulatory guidelines, and internal audit requirements while performing day-to-day responsibilities.

• Desired Candidate Profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in the field and interact with rural and urban customers.

• Basic knowledge of financial products and documentation is preferred.
