About the Role : InsuranceDekho is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Associate Relationship Managers (Motor) to join its Agency Channel team. The role involves onboarding and managing POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents, driving motor insurance sales, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the general insurance industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and business development.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good understanding of Motor and General Insurance products.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the local insurance agent network is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
• Proficiency in English and the local language is preferred.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard POSP agents within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing POSP agents to drive business growth.
• Provide regular training, guidance, and support to agents on motor insurance products and sales processes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by generating new business through the agency channel.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Coordinate with the InsuranceDekho Head Office team for smooth policy issuance, servicing, and operational support.
• Monitor agent performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and sales.
• Identify local market opportunities and expand the agency network.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data.
