Job Description: We are looking for Desktop Support Engineers to provide technical support to end users and maintain IT hardware and software systems.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Basic hardware and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide onsite or field IT support.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and laptop technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and application issues.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
• Perform hardware diagnosis and replacement of faulty components.
• Install and update required software and security applications.
• Create and manage IT support tickets and resolve issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
• Coordinate with the IT/Network team for complex technical issues.
