• Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day

• Shift Pattern: Rotational (3 Shifts)

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Facilities

• Canteen: Available (₹150/month deducted from stipend)
• Transportation: Available (₹120/month deducted from stipend)
• Accommodation: Available (₹763/month deducted from stipend)
   

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and production activities to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform routine quality checks and report any product defects or process deviations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in line with 5S and workplace safety standards.
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and operational guidelines.
• Support supervisors and team members in ensuring smooth production operations.
• Handle materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Participate in training programs under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) to develop technical and workplace skills.
• Ensure attendance, discipline, and adherence to shift schedules.
