Guest Service Associate (F&B Service) is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service. The role involves coordinating with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, food safety, and guest satisfaction.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional food & beverage service to guests.
• Ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of restaurant service throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with the Senior Guest Service Associate (Sr. GSA), chefs, and barkers to ensure timely service of starters and other menu items.
• Safely handle, place, and remove grills and service equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Assist senior team members in table setup, table resetting, and guest service during peak hours.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by providing personalized and attentive service.
• Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols at all times.
• Support restaurant operations by coordinating effectively with kitchen and service teams.
