Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily booking and delivery operations to ensure timely movement of consignments.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities while ensuring safe handling of goods.
• Coordinate vehicle arrangements based on operational requirements.
• Track vehicles during transit and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) submissions and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and branch teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle and guide the operations team to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain relevant documentation.
