The Project Engineer – Execution is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site EPC and electro-mechanical project activities to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project execution. The role involves monitoring civil, mechanical, and electrical works, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations, while serving as the primary liaison between project management, contractors, and site teams.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all site activities comply with project specifications, engineering standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints to guide installation and execution activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site engineering, design, and execution challenges in a timely manner.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
• Conduct quality inspections of materials, equipment, and completed installations to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Verify that all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate the availability and effective utilization of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safe work practices across all site activities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and mitigation plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including site records, drawings, permits, inspection reports, contracts, material records, and project correspondence.
• Support project testing, commissioning, final handover, and transition to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities.
