Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by following company standards and processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts. (Female employees will be assigned day shifts only.)
