Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate with manufacturing teams to achieve production targets.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and resources for uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance teams to optimize production flow.
• Track work orders and monitor production status to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyze production capacity, machine utilization, and manpower allocation to improve efficiency.
• Maintain production planning records, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
