💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply sales techniques by observing experienced sales staff and gaining in-depth product knowledge.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process and support the completion of sales transactions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Welcome and assist customers professionally while understanding their needs and requirements.
• Develop strong product knowledge and learn effective selling techniques.
• Stay informed about competitors’ products and services, market trends, and customer preferences, and share relevant updates with superiors.
• Ensure proper, attractive, and well-maintained product displays.
• Conduct daily stock counting and tallying while ensuring proper handling and maintenance of products.
• Generate customer leads and contribute to increasing customer footfall.
• Assist in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities.
