About the internship
As a Business Development (Sales) intern at Finglow Investmart Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in Effective Communication, MS-Excel, Google Sheets, Field Sales, and English Proficiency (Spoken) to drive growth and success for our company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business expansion.
2. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
4. Prepare and analyze sales reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to participate in field sales activities and presentations.
6. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
7. Continuously improve your sales skills and knowledge through training and mentorship opportunities provided by our experienced team.

Other requirements
1. Pursuing BBA/MBA (Finance and/or Marketing specialization), atleast 1st year completed, with 60%+ aggregate/6.0+ CGPA and no active backlogs.
2. Based in or able to commute daily to Gr Noida(w); comfortable with 5-day, full-time, in-person working (this is not a remote or hybrid role).
3. Own a two-wheeler or have ease with NCR public transport for client field visits;
4. Own SIP/investment/insurance experience is a plus.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 20,000 /month
