Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day inventory and warehouse operations.
Ensure accurate stock receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Ensure proper product storage as per approved planograms and warehouse layouts.
Monitor stock movement and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure continuous stock availability.
Lead, guide, and support inventory associates to achieve daily productivity targets.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain MIS documentation.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Train new employees on inventory processes, systems, and warehouse best practices.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, stock availability, order fulfilment, and shrinkage control.
Identify improvement opportunities and support initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and reporting will be an added advantage.
