Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
Perform warehouse operations including stock receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software.
Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, excess stock, or damaged materials.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and timely stock movement.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management practices where applicable.
Maintain workplace cleanliness, discipline, and adhere to all company safety guidelines.
Support supervisors in achieving daily productivity and inventory accuracy targets.
