Job Responsibilities
Perform daily operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of assigned tasks.
Update data in company systems and prepare MIS reports.
Assist with customer/client coordination whenever required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Support document verification and maintain proper record management.
Handle email communication and maintain operational files.
Assist supervisors in achieving daily productivity and operational targets.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain records accurately.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Good organizational and time management skills.
