Job Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
Perform inventory operations including inward, outward, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of products.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or discrepancies.
Conduct cycle counts and support periodic physical stock verification.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams for timely material movement and deliveries.
Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), stock registers, dispatch documents, and inventory records.
Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices wherever applicable.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store area.
Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials to the supervisor.
Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record maintenance.
Basic understanding of ERP/WMS systems will be an added advantage.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
