Job Summary

Force Motors Limited is hiring Diploma Trainees to support manufacturing and production operations at its Pithampur plant. Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and work with experienced teams in a modern automobile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in production and assembly line operations.
• Operate machines and manufacturing equipment under supervision.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Perform basic inspection and quality checks on components.
• Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
• Support maintenance and process improvement activities.
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Passout Year: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Gender: Male & Female.
• Age Limit: 18–30 years.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹20,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: ₹18,950 per month
