🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Qualification: Mechanical Background Candidates Only
(ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical, as applicable)

👨‍🎓 Freshers are encouraged to apply.

🕒 Working Hours

• 8 Hours per Day

• 6 Days per Week

• Rotational shifts (if applicable)

💼 Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in day-to-day operations.

• Learn company processes, systems, and safety procedures.

• Support Production, Maintenance, Quality, Operations, or Sales activities.

• Maintain records and prepare reports as required.

• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.

• Participate in training and skill development programs.

• Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Good communication and learning attitude.

• Basic technical knowledge related to Mechanical trade.

• Willingness to work in shifts (if required).

• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
