Job Summary :

  • Install thermal, acoustic, and fireproof insulation on pipes, ducts, tanks, machinery, and structural components.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and fit insulation materials according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
  • Install insulation materials such as Rockwool, Glass Wool, Mineral Wool, Ceramic Fiber, PIR, and Foam Insulation.
  • Fit and secure aluminum, galvanized steel (GI), or stainless-steel cladding over insulation.
  • Seal insulation joints to prevent heat loss, moisture ingress, and corrosion.
  • Repair or replace damaged insulation and cladding as required.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure insulation is installed according to project specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and efficiently.
  • Follow safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work within project timelines.
