Machine Operator (Apprentice)

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Female Candidates Only

• Age: 18–27 Years

• Willing to work in rotational shifts

• Good communication skills with a positive learning attitude

💰 Salary During Apprenticeship

Total Monthly Stipend: ₹14,500

• ₹11,000 – Monthly Stipend

• ₹2,000 – Attendance Incentive (Applicable for 85%+ attendance)

• ₹1,500 – Government Benefit

🌟 Permanent Employment Opportunity

After successful completion of the apprenticeship, eligible candidates may be absorbed as Permanent Employees of ITC Limited.

Permanent Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: ₹22,000 per month

• In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹15,000 per month
