Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure timely and damage-free cargo movement.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of materials by following company safety guidelines.
• Perform barcode scanning for inbound and outbound shipments and update Proof of Delivery (POD) records accurately.
• Coordinate dispatch planning and prioritize urgent or time-sensitive deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, shipment records, and operational data through accurate data entry.
• Send customer pre-alerts regarding shipment status, dispatch schedules, and expected deliveries.
• Handle operational escalations by coordinating with internal teams to resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
• Verify shipment documents, invoices, and transport records for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transport teams, and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor shipment tracking and update customers on delivery progress when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and logistics procedures.
• Maintain workplace discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Support inventory movement and assist in operational audits when required.
• Perform additional operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
