Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial and domestic sewing machines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in sewing machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Replace worn or damaged parts such as needles, belts, motors, gears, and bearings.
• Adjust machine settings for different fabrics and stitching requirements.
• Lubricate, clean, and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Test repaired machines to verify proper operation and stitch quality.
• Maintain maintenance logs and repair records.
• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to support production targets.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve machine-related issues.
