Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, visitors, materials, or goods as assigned.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery while adhering to approved routes and schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Report vehicle defects, breakdowns, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transportation policies.
• Verify delivery documents, gate passes, and other transport-related records before dispatch or receipt of materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials or luggage when required, ensuring safe handling.
• Monitor fuel levels and arrange refueling as necessary to avoid operational delays.
