Eligibility

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, databases, and system administration.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP) and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud platforms is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of scripting, SQL, and IT service management tools.
• Understanding of information security best practices and IT infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Support IT operations, user management, and system administration activities.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist in implementing cybersecurity policies, endpoint protection, and data security measures.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and enterprise applications.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and service records.
• Support software installation, updates, backups, and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure reliable IT support for manufacturing operations.
