Eligibility

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, and industrial engineering principles.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, process flow analysis, and production operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and industrial safety practices.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools is an added advantage.
• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and process optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor manufacturing operations and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve resource utilization.
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices on the shop floor.
• Conduct time studies, process analysis, and work measurement activities.
• Support quality inspections and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Prepare production reports, process documentation, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with production, quality, stores, and engineering teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
