Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day inventory operations within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor stock receipts, put-away, transfers, picking, packing, and dispatch transactions.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and stock audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Perform stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.
• Monitor inventory ageing, damaged stock, and slow-moving inventory.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely stock availability.
• Generate daily inventory reports and share inventory status with management.
• Train inventory associates on inventory control procedures and WMS usage.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse policies.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.
• Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
