Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations during the assigned shift.
• Manage inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure timely order processing and adherence to customer SLAs.
• Allocate manpower based on workload and monitor team productivity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor warehouse operations using WMS/ERP systems and handheld scanners.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S standards.
• Conduct shift briefings and maintain proper shift handover reports.
• Coordinate with transportation, inventory, quality, and customer teams.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Train and guide warehouse associates on processes and safety practices.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, damages, and dispatch timelines.
• Ensure optimum utilisation of warehouse space and resources.
