• Assist customers at the retail counter by providing prompt and courteous service.
• Handle cash, billing, and payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store and sales counter.
• Ensure products are properly stocked and replenished on display shelves.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate product information.
• Support day-to-day store operations while following company policies and service standards.
