Key Responsibilities:

• Check battery parts and finished products for quality.
• Operate machines and report any problems to the supervisor.
• Handle battery materials carefully and safely.
• Follow safety rules and wear the required PPE.
• Keep production and inspection records up to date.
• Complete daily production targets while maintaining good quality.
• Keep the work area clean and follow 5S practices.
• Help with machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Work with the production and quality teams to reduce defects and improve output.
