Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to manage our workplace technology. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot workstation hardware, operating systems, and core applications. You will be the go-to technical point of contact for resolving day-to-day employee technical issues.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Setup: Assemble, configure, deploy, and upgrade employee laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• OS Administration: Install, update, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
• Software Provisioning: Deploy corporate software packages, cloud tools, and productivity applications.
• Ticket Resolution: Manage internal IT service requests, diagnostics, and issue escalations promptly.
• Network Connectivity: Resolve basic local LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and office printer configuration issues.
• User Management: Handle employee onboarding/offboarding technical tasks via Active Directory or Microsoft 365.
• Asset Tracking: Maintain precise inventory records for all company IT hardware and software licenses.
   

Requirements

• System Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication and strong time management.
