Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to handle installation requests within the assigned territory.
• Perform device installation, cabling, configuration, and commissioning as per company standards.
• Test and verify the proper functioning of installed devices before project handover.
• Diagnose and resolve basic installation-related issues during deployment.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to complete installation assignments on schedule.
• Maintain installation records, service reports, and customer documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and installation guidelines while working at customer sites.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of installations.
