Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety regulations, ensure hazard-free work environments, and report any unsafe conditions immediately. 
• Team Supervision: Lead, schedule, and monitor daily tasks of the workforce, assigning personnel to specific sections of the mine. 
• Technical Maintenance: Oversee the proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, or technical mining equipment, ensuring timely servicing and troubleshooting. 
• Operations & Reporting: Monitor workforce performance, maintain task deadlines, and align day-to-day operations with the major project goals and production quotas. 
• Resource Management: Ensure there is an adequate availability of tools, raw materials, and manpower on-site.
