Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and workforce activities.
• Manage the Inbound Process, including material receiving, unloading, quantity verification, documentation, GRN coordination, and put-away activities.
• Oversee the Outbound Process, including order processing, picking, packing, staging, loading, and timely dispatch of materials.
• Monitor the Inventory Process, including stock accuracy, cycle counting, physical stock verification, reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Allocate tasks to warehouse associates and ensure achievement of daily productivity targets.
• Monitor manpower utilization and ensure effective shift-wise deployment.
• Ensure proper storage, material handling, FIFO/FEFO practices, and warehouse housekeeping.
• Coordinate with internal teams, transporters, and other stakeholders for smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and required documentation.
• Identify and resolve process-related issues to minimize delays and operational errors.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.
