Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines used in gear manufacturing under the supervision of senior operators.
• Load and unload gear components safely and efficiently.
• Inspect machined components for dimensional accuracy and quality using basic measuring instruments.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and daily production targets.
• Assist in basic machine setup, tool changing, and routine production activities.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure proper housekeeping in the work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Report machine abnormalities, quality issues, or production concerns to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
