Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, understand customer concerns, and provide accurate, courteous, and effective resolutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information, and document case details in the CRM system.
  • Order Processing: Process customer requests, service orders, and transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow-up & Feedback: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on service quality.
  • Escalation Management: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors for timely resolution.
  • Compliance & Quality: Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
