    • Organize practice matches, tournaments, talent identification camps, and academy events.
    • Ensure player discipline, safety, and adherence to training standards.
    • Build and grow the academy by attracting and retaining students.
    • Coordinate with parents, players, and management regarding athlete development.
    • Maintain badminton courts, equipment, and training facilities.
    • Monitor player progress and maintain performance records.
