About the Role : Machaxi is looking for energetic and result-oriented sales callers who can convert enquiries into swimming memberships. The role involves speaking with potential customers, booking trial sessions, following up consistently, and converting leads into long-term memberships.

Key Responsibilities

• Call interested customers who have shown interest in Machaxi swimming programs
•  ⁠Explain swimming membership plans and batch details clearly
•  ⁠Book trial sessions and ensure high show-up rates
•  ⁠Follow up consistently with leads via calls and WhatsApp
•  ⁠Convert trials into paid memberships
•  ⁠Maintain lead status and updates in CRM or Google Sheets
•  ⁠Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
•  ⁠Coordinate with center managers and coaches when required
   

Requirements

•  Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada
•  ⁠Comfortable with sales targets and daily calling
•  ⁠Energetic, persuasive, and confident personality
•  ⁠Prior experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or customer handling preferred
•  ⁠Ability to handle objections professionally
•  ⁠Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM tools is a plus
•  ⁠Weekend availability preferred
