RPSG Sports Pvt. Ltd. is the sports vertical of the RPSG Group, responsible for handling the creative and digital content requirements of the Group's sports franchises across multiple international leagues.

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Canva will be an added advantage.
•⁠  ⁠Interest in sports and understanding of sports will be preferred.
•⁠  ⁠Prior exposure to sports design is a plus.

Responsibilities would include:

• Designing social media creatives for sports teams, tournaments, campaigns, and events.
• Creating match-day graphics, player announcements, scorecards, and promotional posts.
• Assisting the marketing and content teams in developing visual content for digital platforms.
• Editing and retouching images using Adobe Photoshop.
• Preparing presentations, pitch decks, and visual reports using PowerPoint and/or Canva.
• Creating banners, posters, infographics, and branding materials.
• Supporting live sports events by designing real-time graphics and updates.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all creative materials.
• Working closely with content writers, social media managers, and sports operations teams.
• Assisting in video thumbnail creation and basic graphic assets for digital campaigns.
• Researching current sports design trends and suggesting creative ideas.
