Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely support regarding payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
Contact customers to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
Explain payment terms, dues, and financial obligations clearly and professionally.
Achieve Daily Recovery Resolution (DRR) and other performance targets.
Follow company policies, compliance standards, and data confidentiality guidelines.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to facilitate successful collections.
