• Internship Duration: 1 Year

• Shift Timings: General Shift and 1st Shift. 2nd and 3rd Shifts will be assigned based on business requirements.

• Food Facility: Provided by the company.
• Transportation: Company-provided transportation is available on existing routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in day-to-day operational and technical activities under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support machine operation, production, and maintenance activities.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Assist in equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to 5S practices.
• Comply with all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) guidelines.
• Maintain daily work records and submit progress reports as required.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
• Participate in on-the-job training sessions to develop technical and practical skills.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained while performing assigned tasks.
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and responsibly.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor as part of the apprenticeship program.
