Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Marine, Shipbuilding, Offshore, Defense, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, client visits, and industry events.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Sales & Marketing

  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product and company presentations to customers.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for effective solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and commercial discussions.

Tender & Proposal Management

  • Identify relevant tenders, RFQs, and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Finance teams for proposal preparation.
  • Prepare technical and commercial bids.
  • Monitor tender submissions and follow-up activities.

Market Intelligence

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities and market segments.
  • Prepare business reports and sales forecasts for management review.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
  • Submit weekly and monthly business development reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
