• Preventive & Routine Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance on processing equipment, ensuring that transesterification reactors, agitators, and filtration systems are running smoothly.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical failures and dismantle, rebuild, or replace damaged and worn-out components (bearings, seals, gaskets, and drive belts) to minimize production downtime.
• Piping & Pump Management: Align, fit, and secure piping networks that transport flammable chemicals (like methanol or sodium hydroxide) and viscous oils, ensuring all systems are completely leak-proof.
• Equipment Installation: Assist engineering teams in installing new processing vessels, centrifuges, and pumps, guaranteeing they are correctly aligned and bolted.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to plant safety protocols. This includes properly isolating machines (Lockout/Tagout) before performing maintenance, wearing appropriate PPE, and maintaining a hazard-free work zone.
