Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
Preferred Certifications: OSHAS, HIRA, HAZOP, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments (HIRA/JSA), and ensure workplace safety compliance.

• Monitor safe handling, storage, and usage of chemicals, equipment, and hazardous materials.

• Manage work permits, confined space entry, hot work, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

• Ensure availability and proper usage of PPE and promote a strong safety culture.

• Conduct safety training, fire drills, mock drills, and emergency preparedness activities.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Labour Laws, and environmental, health, and safety regulations.
