Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Setup: Load raw materials, install the appropriate cutting tools, and calibrate CNC machines according to job orders, engineering drawings, and blueprint specifications.

2. Programming & Operation: Input, upload, and execute G-code/M-code programs, perform trial runs, and make necessary geometry and wear offset adjustments to ensure optimal machining performance.

3. Quality Control: Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges to verify compliance with dimensional and tolerance requirements.

4. Machine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance activities, including cleaning machine work areas, monitoring coolant and lubrication levels, and removing chips and debris to maintain equipment reliability.

5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic machining and operational issues, including tool wear, dimensional variations, and minor program-related errors during production.

6. Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety procedures, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
