Key Responsibilities 

• Perform vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance as per manufacturer standards and workshop procedures.

• Inspect vehicles, diagnose issues, and identify additional repair requirements.

• Complete assigned jobs within specified timelines while maintaining quality standards.

• Accurately update job cards, service records, and repair documentation.

• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts Departments for repair requirements and parts availability.

• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and return of warranty and replaced parts.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in safe and operational condition.

• Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines during service operations.

• Protect customer vehicles and belongings while under service.

• Deliver high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.
